6 December 2024. Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the international animal health business, confirms that following the announcement made on 3 December 2024 regarding a Fundraise, it has received notification that on 5 December 2024 certain directors of the Company have subscribed for new Ordinary Shares in the amounts set out in the table below. In the case of Marc Coucke, Ordinary Shares have been acquired through Alychlo NV, an entity wholly owned by him.
Capitalised terms not defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Fundraise Announcement dated 3 December 2024.
