Director/PDMR Notification
17 June 2021. Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR) has been notified by Nick Downshire, a Non-Executive Director, that on Tuesday 15 June 2021, 5,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') held by the Downshire 1992 Settlement Trust were sold at a price of 342 pence per share.
Nick Downshire is one of the trustees of the Downshire 1992 Settlement Trust and therefore holds a non-beneficial interest. As a result of the above transaction, his non-beneficial interest is now 185,446 Ordinary Shares. The PDMR Notification of Dealing Form is set out below.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
