Director Shareholding

Animalcare Group plc (the 'Company')

The Company was notified on 5 March 2010 that on that day, Stephen Wildridge, a Director of the Company and Managing Director of Animalcare Ltd, sold 155,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 117.5 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Wildridge is now interested in 315,068 Ordinary Shares representing 1.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
