Director/PDMR Shareholding

The board of Animalcare was informed on 4th February 2014 that James Lambert, the Company's Non-executive Chairman, has changed nominee companies for his entire beneficial interest in 1,413,691 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 6.8 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. There has been no change in the beneficial ownership of these Ordinary Shares. 511,992 Ordinary Shares held to his order were transferred on 6th November 2013 from Giltspur Nominees to The Bank of New York Mellon ("BNY") and 901,699 Ordinary Shares held for the benefit of his self invested personal pension were transferred on 30th January 2014 from Brewin Nominees to BNY. Both transfers were for £nil consideration.
