Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that on 30 September 2008, James Lambert ("Mr Lambert"), Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 53 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Lambert is now interested in 828,373 Ordinary Shares representing 4.19% of the issued share capital of the Company.
