Exercise of Options
On 4 November 2013, the Company issued and allotted 5,000 ordinary shares of 20p each ('Ordinary Shares') to an employee following the exercise of options held under the Company's EMI Scheme.
Application will be made for the admission of the 5,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in the new Ordinary Shares on 11 November 2013.
On admission to trading of the 5,000 new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 20,750,204 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights.
