Winsford, UK, 8 May: Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AIM: AMS), the surgical and advanced wound care specialist company, is pleased to announce that in accordance with AIM Rules 20 and 26, the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2016 were posted to shareholders today and are available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website https://www.admedsol.com/investor-relations/.
The notice of meeting convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which will be held on 7 June 2017 at 11 am at the offices of Investec Bank plc, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP, was also posted to shareholders today and is available on the Company's website.
