Correction to Dividend Record Date

The following amendment has been made to the Preliminary Results announcement released on 4 March 2015 under RNS No 4607G.

The Preliminary Results announcement incorrectly stated the dividend record date as the 7 May 2015, when it should have stated 8 May 2015. The relevant paragraph is restated correctly below. All other details remain unchanged.

"The Board is proposing a final dividend of 0.48p per share, making a total dividend for the year of 0.70p per share, a 16.7% increase on 2014. If approved at the Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2015, this will be paid on 29 May 2015 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8 May 2015."
