Aggregated Micro Power Holdings plc (AIM: AMPH), a distributed energy company specialising in the sale of wood fuels and the financing and installation of distributed energy projects including biomass boiler ESCOs (energy supply contracts), stand by power generation and battery storage facilities, was notified on 9 February 2018 that on the same day Richard Burrell, CEO of the Company, transferred, via sale and purchase (the "Transfer"), 11,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). He sold 11,000 Shares at a price of 99.75 pence per Share from an account in his own name and bought 11,000 Shares at a price of 100.0 pence per Share to be held in his self-invested personal pension.
Following the Transfer, there is no change to Mr Burrell's total beneficial interest in the Company, being 2,730,000 Shares representing approximately 6.3% of the Company's issued share capital; and £400,000 nominal of CLN's.
