Completion of Acquisition
Further to the announcement of 4 August 2016, Aggregated Micro Power Holdings plc (AIM: AMPH), which specialises in the sale of wood fuels and the development of distributed energy projects, is pleased to announce that it has today completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Midlands Wood Fuel Limited.
As indicated in the announcement of 4 August 2016, the completion of the acquisition of the wood fuels customer base of Mi-Generation Limited ("Mi-Generation") is expected to occur shortly, on conclusion of the process of novating customer contracts from Mi-Generation to AMP. A further announcement will be made in due course.
