London and New York, 01 July 2013 - Amphion Innovations plc (LSE: AMP) (the "Company" or "Amphion") was today advised, that Richard Morgan, CEO of Amphion, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares at 1.75 pence per ordinary shares on 28 June 2013 in the Company. Accordingly, Richard Morgan is now beneficially interested in 25,642,499 ordinary shares, representing 17.54 per cent of its issued ordinary share capital.
