The Company announces that it has today published its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021 (the "Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021") online and it can be viewed on the Company's website www.astonmartinlagonda.com/investor/shareholder-information. The Annual General Meeting 2021 will take place on Tuesday, 25 May 2021.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
