("African Minerals" or "the Company")
African Minerals Limited (AIM: AMI) notes that, further to its announcement yesterday regarding the interim injunction application brought against Cape Lambert Iron Ore Limited (AIM: CLIO) on Friday 19 September 2008 by one of CLIO's shareholders, the Supreme Court of Western Australia has reserved its decision in the matter until further order. The Company further notes that CLIO expects the Court to deliver its decision by the end of the week.
