Result of General Meeting

And

Board Changes

Ambrian is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") today were approved by shareholders (save for resolution 3 which was withdrawn).

Ambrian further announces that Mr Kevin Lyon has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect and that Mr Roger Clegg decided not to put himself up for re-election as a director of the Company at the AGM. Mr Clegg will remain an executive of the Company.

Robert Adair, Chairman of Ambrian, said:

"Kevin and Roger led Ambrian through its merger with CGM earlier this year, a process that was both complex and time consuming. I would like to thank them both for their considerable efforts in bringing that transaction to its conclusion. Kevin's contribution to the board and advice to the Company was invaluable and I wish him all the best in his future projects. We will be looking to find a suitable non-executive to join the board in the next few months".
