THE ALUMASC GROUP PLC

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Alumasc Group plc (ALU.L) which supplies premium building and engineering products, announces that it was informed on Friday 11 September that Mr G Paul Hooper, Chief Executive, purchased 7,507 ordinary shares (0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company) at 107p per share and that persons connected with Mr Hooper purchased a further 7,090 ordinary shares (0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company) at 108p per share.

Following these purchases, Mr Hooper has an interest in 240,490 ordinary shares, representing 0.67% of the Company's issued share capital.
