Resignation of a Non-Executive Director

Alumasc, the premium building products, systems and solutions group announces that David Armfield a Non-executive Director, has notified the Company of his intention to resign after 6 years in the post due to pressure from other commitments. David will step down from the Board with effect from 31 December 2020.

John McCall, Chairman, commented "the Board wishes to thank David for his contribution and support over the years and wishes him every success in the future".
