Transfer of Shares
Alumasc announces that on 20 January 2017, Andrew Magson completed the transfer of 30,000 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital, to his spouse Julie Magson for nil consideration.
Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest of Andrew Magson and persons closely associated with him in the Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 91,538 shares, representing 0.25% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Notification of Dealing Forms set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
