Retirement of Non - Executive Director
The Company announces that Philip Gwyn, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company of his intention to retire and has stepped down from the Board with effect from 30 June 2018.
The Company has started a process to recruit a new Non-Executive Director.
John McCall, Chairman, commented "I, and all his colleagues at Alumasc, wish to thank Philip for his massive contribution and support over the years and wish him a long and happy retirement."
