STRATEGIC HIRE IN WATER MANAGEMENT DIVISION

Alumasc (ALU.L), the premium sustainable building products, systems and solutions group is pleased to announce a strategic hire to improve the depth and strength of its operational management team. David Adams will join as Managing Director of Alumasc's Water Management division and a member of its divisional operating board on 16 December 2024.

David brings significant senior leadership experience and a track record of successfully growing sales, including exports, and improving operational efficiency and customer service, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Mabey Hire Ltd. David's previous experience includes Divisional Managing Director roles at RMD Kwikform and Knauf Insulation.

Water Management is Alumasc's largest division, comprising 48% of Group revenue, and has achieved 12% compound annual growth in underlying operating profits over the last five years.

Paul Hooper, Alumasc's Chief Executive, has been acting Managing Director of Water Management since 2019, and will hand over his interim divisional responsibilities to David.
