NOTIFICATION OF BOARD CHANGE
Alumasc, the specialist building products company, announces that Andrew Magson, Group Finance Director, has notified his intention to leave Alumasc to develop the next stage of his career outside the Group. We have agreed that Andrew will work with the Board to oversee an orderly handover to his successor. Once there is an effective date for Andrew's departure a further announcement will be made.
