The issuer advises that the following replaces the Hambledon Mining Plc Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released at 16:51 GMT today.
The percentage shareholding for Mr Daffern should now read 0.03%.

Director Shareholding
Hambledon was advised today that Mr. Tim Daffern, Chief Executive of Hambledon, today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 3.95p per share.
Accordingly, Tim Daffern now has an interest in 200,000 ordinary shares representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
