Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board ofΒ Altitude GroupΒ plc, a leading promotional productsΒ business, has been informed that, onΒ 4Β AugustΒ 2009,Β Mr Colin Cooke, non Executive Chairman,Β purchasedΒ 25,000Β ordinaryΒ sharesΒ of 0.4p eachΒ ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price ofΒ 7p per share.Β
Furthermore,Β on 5 August 2009,Β the Board of AltitudeΒ was informedΒ thatΒ a company and its wholly owned subsidiary in which Mr Colin Cooke, non Executive Chairman, has a beneficial interest of 40 per cent.Β boughtΒ a further 100,000Β ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares")Β Β at 6.5p per share.Β FollowingΒ thisΒ transaction,Β the company now has a total holding of 317,000 representing 0.83% of the total issuedΒ shareΒ capital.
Following theseΒ transactions,Β Mr Colin CookeΒ nowΒ has a total beneficial holding in the Company of 342,000 Ordinary SharesΒ representing approximately 0.9%Β per cent. of the issued share capital.
