Director/ PDMR Shareholding
Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that the Company has today been informed of a transfer of ordinary shares of 0.4p each in Altitude Group plc ("Ordinary Shares") by a director of the Company.
Martin Varley, Non-Executive Director, yesterday transferred a total of 104,000 Ordinary Shares to his SIPP account. To effect the transfer the shares were sold at 94.97 pence per share and repurchased at 95.00 pence per share. Mr. Varley's beneficial holding has not changed as a result of this transfer and so he remains interested in 12,279,618 Ordinary Shares representing 18.08% per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
