This announcement replaces the 'Director / PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 1 February 2019 at 7.00 a.m. under RNS No 7378O. The announcement has been corrected to note that Nichole Stella purchased 10,500 ordinary shares at 86 pence not sold 10,500 ordinary shares at 86 pence as stated yesterday.

Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that the Company has been notified that PDMR Nichole Stella, Chief Executive Officer, has on 31 January 2019, purchased 10,500 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 86 pence per ordinary share. Nichole Stella was not able to participate in the most recent placing, announced on 11 January 2019, due to Securities and Exchange regulations in the USA and has therefore acquired shares in the open market.
