Update re application for admission to the Main Market and cancellation of trading on AIM
Alpha Group International plc, (AIM: ALPH), a high-tech, high-touch provider of financial solutions, dedicated to corporates and institutions operating internationally, announces that, further to its announcement of 3 April 2024, it expects that its ordinary shares will be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to be traded on the main market for listed securities (the "Main Market") of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange") ("Admission") and that the Company's listing on AIM will be cancelled on 2 May 2024.
Admission remains subject to (i) the approval by the FCA of a Prospectus and admission to the premium listing segment of the Official List; and (ii) admission by the London Stock Exchange to trading of the ordinary shares on the Main Market. Further announcements will be made in due course.
