AIM Delisting and Admission to the Premium Listing Segment of Main Market

Alpha is pleased to announce that its ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares") will be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and to trading on the main market for listed securities (the "Main Market") of London Stock Exchange plc (together, "Admission") at 8:00am today and cancelled from trading on AIM.

The Company is not offering any new Ordinary Shares nor any other securities in connection with Admission. Following Admission, the Company's Ordinary Shares will continue to be registered with their existing ISIN of: GB00BF1TM596. The Company's ticker symbol will continue to be "ALPH". 

The Company's shareholders should consult their own tax advisers as to the tax implications of the Company's move to the Main Market.
