Cue Energy Plc28 September 2007 28 September 2007 Cue Energy plc ("the Company") Temporary Suspension The Interim Results for the period ended 30 June 2007 released today referred tothe Company being in discussions regarding an acquisition which, if completed,would be classified as a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules. In the light ofthis, the directors of the Company have requested a temporary suspension intrading of the Company's shares on AIM with immediate effect. The suspension will continue pending the publication of an admission document inrelation to the transaction or, in the event that discussions are terminated, anappropriate announcement to that effect.
