Change of Accounting Reference Date
The directors of the Company (the "Directors") announce that the Company has changed its accounting reference date from 30 September to 31 December in each calendar year. The Company's financial period that ended on 30 September 2020 is thereby extended so that it ends on 31 December 2020.
The Directors will, in consequence, publish a second interim report on or before 31 December 2020 in accordance with LR 9.6.21R and LR 9.6.22G of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
