Annual General Meeting
Allied Minds plc, an IP commercialisation company focused on early stage company creation and development within the technology and life science sectors, is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today. No new information on current trading will be given during the meeting.
Allied Minds remains focused on delivering against its strategic objectives: accelerating the path to commercialisation and monetisation at its subsidiaries; and increasing the number of high quality new investments. Actions undertaken in 2017 have materially strengthened the portfolio and all subsidiaries continue to make good progress against published milestone objectives. Discussions with potential strategic investors and commercial partners for STT continue to progress positively.
The Company will release its 2018 Half Yearly Report on 16 August 2018.
