Allied Minds plc: Total Voting Rights and Share Capital - Month End Disclosure

Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules:

As at 31 January 2020 the issued share capital of Allied Minds plc comprised 241,568,306 Ordinary shares of one pence each. There were no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Allied Minds plc is therefore 241,568,306.
