Allied Minds plc: Total Voting Rights and Share Capital - Month End Disclosure

Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules:

As at 31 March 2018 the issued share capital of Allied Minds plc comprised 239,496,156 Ordinary shares of one pence each. There were no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Allied Minds plc is therefore 239,496,156.
