Allied Minds plc: Total Voting Rights and Share Capital - Month End Disclosure

Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules:

As at 31 December 2019 the issued share capital of Allied Minds plc comprised 241,563,123 Ordinary shares of one pence each. There were no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Allied Minds plc is therefore 241,563,123.

This information may be used by shareholders in their calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Allied Minds plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
