Mr Bowles will take up thisappointment during May 2007. On 15 February 2007 the Company announced it hadinitiated a search following Richard Morgan-Evans retirement as ManagingDirector. Mr Bowles is 47 years of age. For the last three years he has been ChiefOperating Officer at Clearswift Limited, a leading e-mail content securitycompany. As COO he has been responsible for World Wide Operations includingsales and marketing in the UK, Europe, USA, Japan and Asia Pacific, as well asthe Company's Professional Services, Customer Support and World Wide ITInfrastructure. During his tenure the company has seen increased success inEnterprise and SME markets as well as the Military Environments in Europe & AsiaPacific, also posting the first EBITDA profits. Prior to this he held seniorpositions at Interwoven Inc as Vice President EMEA, Chordiant Inc as VicePresident International and Oracle UK as General Manager.
