Manpower Software PLC18 January 2008 MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company") AWARD OF CONTRACT Manpower Software plc announces an extension to its existing contract withCarnival UK (known as P&O Cruises), a subsidiary of Carnival Corporation, in themaritime sector. P&O Cruises has been a customer since 1999. This contract extension relates toa further deployment of the MAPS Maritime Suite, which will be implemented on anew cruise ship, "The Ventura". The Ventura is the latest addition to the P&OCruise fleet and will launch its service in April 2008. The Ventura will set anew standard in 21st century cruising introducing new features, more choice andnew experiences for her passengers. Weighing in at 115,000 tonnes, with a 3,600passenger capacity, it is the largest superliner built for the British market.
