Transaction in own shares

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry announces that on 24 March 2022 it purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company pursuant to its share buyback programme, details of which were announced on 18 January 2022.

The purchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury and may be utilised to satisfy employee share-based award obligations.

Including ordinary shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the Company holds 581,896 ordinary shares in treasury and has 299,418,104 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
