Transaction in own shares

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry, announces that on 6 June 2023 it purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company pursuant to its share buyback programme.

The purchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury and may be utilised to satisfy employee share-based award obligations.

Including ordinary shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the Company holds 4,530,624 ordinary shares in treasury and has 295,469,376 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
