PAC received notification on 22 October 2009 that Allied Irish Banks plc ("AIB") and its subsidiaries held, as at 20 October 2009, 1,106,865 ordinary shares of €0.50 each in the capital of the Company, representing 4.88% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The interest of 1,106,865 ordinary shares of €0.50 each consisted of:
(i) 17,220 ordinary shares of €0.50 each held by Bank of New York Nominees Limited; and
(ii) 1,089,645 ordinary shares of €0.50 each held by Goodbody Stockbrokers Nominees Limited.
