Albany Capital PLC27 September 2007 ALBANY CAPITAL PLC("the Company") Board Changes and Directors Dealings Following a Board meeting this morning of Albany Capital plc, the Company wishesto announce the following Board changes: Oliver Vaughan, the current Chairman, is stepping down from the chairmanship andwill continue as a member of the Board in a non-executive capacity. Following the above, John Mclean, a current non-executive director will assumethe role of Chairman. The current Finance Director, Christopher Roberts is stepping down to devotemore time to Blue Oar PLC and will be replaced by Jeremy Milne, who will beappointed Finance Director. Jeremy is a Chartered Accountant having trained with Coopers & Lybrand. Since2000 Jeremy has been a Director of Quester Capital Management Limited, a leadingEuropean venture capital investor and has been a Director of a number of venturecapital backed companies based in the UK and the US.
