PDMR Transaction - Initial Notification
The Company announces that Mo Tagari, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, purchased 7,802 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £2.549873 per Ordinary Share on 16 March 2020.
Following the above transaction the number of Ordinary Shares in which Mo Tagari has an interest increased to 7,887 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.0019% of the issued share capital.
