The Company announces that it was notified on 13 December that Louis Petherick, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has sold 6,877 of the Company's ordinary shares of £0.000125 each (Ordinary Shares) at a price of 432 pence each. The sale took place on 13 December 2019.
Following the transaction, the number of shares in which Louis Petherick has an interest has reduced to 165,106 (representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's total issued share capital).
