TRADING STATEMENT

Air Partner plc, the leading provider of private aviation services to industry, commerce, governments and private individuals worldwide is pleased to report strong trading over the last eight weeks.

Air Partner's IMS on 4 June reported that trading in the Commercial Jet division was already significantly ahead of the prior year, reflecting new business wins in the Tour Operator and Oil & Gas sectors. The Group also reported that the Private Jet division was trading ahead of the prior year as the strategic focus in the US and Europe generated new opportunities for revenue growth. Since then, business has further improved, and whilst a proportion of the business won and serviced in the year to date is of a 'one off' nature, the Group is pleased to report stronger than expected trading over the last eight weeks.

As a result, the Board expects full year profit before tax for the year ending 31 July 2013 to be ahead of both the prior year and current expectations.

Results for the current financial year will be reported on 10 October 2013.
