Total Voting Rights
In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 Air Partner plc confirms that, following the allotment of shares on exercise of employee share options, the Company's issued share capital has increased to 10,261,393 ordinary sharesΒ of 5p. There are no other shares admitted to trading.
The voting rights attachedΒ to the ordinary shares are on the basis of one vote per share, so the total number of voting rights is 10,261,393.
This figure should be used with effect from 26 May 2011 as the denominator for calculations by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to their voting rights, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
