PRE-CLOSE STATEMENT

Air Partner, the provider of air charter services to industry, governments and private jet clients, is today releasing a pre-close statement ahead of entering a close period on 1 February 2014.

Since the publication of Air Partner's IMS on 6 December 2013, the Group has continued to trade profitably and remains debt free with a strong net cash position. Overall, the Group's profit expectations for the 12 month period to 31 January 2014 remain unchanged and in line with the Board's expectations.

As previously announced, Air Partner's accounting reference date has been changed from 31 July to 31 January. Accordingly, Air Partner will enter a close period on 1 February 2014 ahead of announcing its next results on 10 April 2014 in respect of the 18 month period ending 31 January 2014.
