INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT

Group continues to make good progress against full year profit target

Air Partner plc ("Air Partner" or the "Group"), a leading provider of private aviation services to industry, commerce, governments and private individuals worldwide is pleased to issue its interim management statement in respect of the period 1 August 2014 to 3 December 2014 (the "Period").

The Board remains confident in achieving its expectations of the Group's performance for the year ending 31 January 2015. Trading in both the Commercial Jet and Private Jet divisions continue to perform in line with expectations. During the period, the Commercial Jet division undertook a number of large projects including a programme of car launches with a major European manufacturer involving the movement of over 20,000 passengers to various press launches. The smaller Freight division has performed ahead of expectations and significantly ahead of the comparable period last year due to work arising from assisting aid agencies in West Africa.

The Group continues to benefit from a strong balance sheet with a healthy cash position and no debt.

A further update will be provided before the Group enters its close period on 31 January 2015.
