Air Partner PLC22 November 2006 Air Partner plc (the "Company") Director/PDMR Shareholdings The Company was notified today of the following changes in the interests ofPersons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") in the Ordinary Sharesof 5p each of the Company (the "Shares"). Notification under DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a): On 21 November 2006 Mr Mark Briffa, Chief Operating Officer, exercised optionsover 75,000 Shares at a price of 295p, representing 0.77% of the issued sharecapital of the Company, 54,400 were subsequently sold at a price of 780p pershare and the remainder transferred to Michelle Briffa at no cost. Followingthese transactions Mr Briffa has an interest in 20,600 shares representing 0.21%of the issued share capital of the Company. On 21 November 2006 Mr David Savile, Chief Executive, exercised options over40,000 Shares at a price of 295p, representing 0.41% of the issued share capitalof the Company, 28,153 were subsequently sold at a price of 780p per share andthe remainder transferred to Amanda Savile at no cost. Following thesetransactions Mr Savile has an interest in 136,000 shares representing 1.39% ofthe issued share capital of the Company. On 21 November 2006 Mrs Stephanie White, Finance Director and Company Secretary,exercised options over 40,000 Shares at a price of 295p, representing 0.41% ofthe issued share capital of the Company, all were subsequently sold at a priceof 780p per share. Following these transactions Mrs White has an interest in93,205 shares representing 0.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.
