Board Resignation
Air Partner plc announces that Justin Barber will leave the Company on 30th June 2010, once all aspects of the Private Jet Operating Company (PJOC) closure have been finalised.
Mr Barber was appointed to the main Board as an executive director in January 2009. Most recently he managed the PJOC at Biggin Hill and fulfilled the Civil Aviation Authority post of Accountable Manager at the Biggin Hill operating company. The PJOC was placed into administration in March 2010, and accordingly Mr Barber's position will not be replaced.
Aubrey Adams, Chairman of Air Partner, said: "Justin has been a long standing member of the team at Air Partner and we are very grateful for his hard work and loyal service over the years. We wish him well in his future endeavours."
