Appointment of New External Auditor
As referenced in the Audit and Risk Committee Report in the Annual Accounts, the Directors have undertaken a competitive tender process for the 31 January 2019 year end audit and have decided to appoint another firm of auditors. Accordingly, Deloitte have resigned as auditors to the Company.
Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP (PwC) will conduct the audit of the Group's financial statements for the financial year to 31 January 2019. Any proposal to appoint PwC in respect of the financial year beginning 1 February 2019 will be subject to shareholder approval at the 2019 AGM.
