Directorate Change

Airea plc (LSE AIM: AIEA) confirms the following change to the board of directors.

The Group's Finance Director, Paul Stevenson, has notified the Company of his intention to resign from his position to pursue another opportunity. Paul will leave the Group on 11 June 2021.

The Group's Financial Controller, Nick Taylor, will assume day to day responsibility for the finance function upon Paul's departure whilst the Board seeks to appoint Paul's successor.

Neil Rylance, Chief Executive Officer commented "We would like to thank Paul for his significant contribution to the Group since he joined in July 2018, and wish him well in his future career."
