Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended), the Company announces that the total number of Ordinary Shares of EUR 0.625 each in issue as at 30 April 2023 is 2,618,753,655. Each Ordinary Share carries one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure (2,618,753,655) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, AIB Group plc under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended) and the Central Bank (Investment Market Conduct) Rules 2019.
