Notification of posting of annual report and notice of AGM

 

Agriterra Limited, the AIM listed African agricultural company announces that:

 

· copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018 (the "Accounts") will be posted to shareholders today; and

 

· it is also posting to shareholders notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "Notice") to be held at 12:15 p.m. on 8 November 2018 at Richmond House, St. Julian's Avenue, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1GZ.

 

Copies of the Accounts, Notice and associated documentation will be available to download from the Company's website at www.agriterra-ltd.com.
